Shipping policy

At the time of processing your purchase, we will show you the available shipping methods and their cost.

We are offering free standard shipping on all orders over $300

For orders below $300 the Standard Shipping rate is $25 
If you are needing Expedited Shipping the rate will be $35 

Once an order has been shipped, we'll email you a copy of your tracking number.
Please allow 5-14 business days (depending on your shipping method) for your delivery to arrive.

*We currently offer shipping only in Canada.

Refund policy

Refunds & Return

At Arteco, we understand the importance of your satisfaction with your purchase. while all sales of paintings are considered final, we offer an exchange option within a 14-days from when the item was received. We regret that we cannot provide refunds for purchased paintings, graffiti, 3D art or sculptures.

All paintings can be exchanged within 14 days from when the item was received. The item must be in original condition and proof of payment is required. You may exchanged or return your item in store if needed following these conditions. All Paintings are final sale, items cannot be credited or refunded.
All sale items will be Final Sale, no exchange or returns are allowed.
All items that may be returned or exchanged can be overturned due to different situation that you may hold. If you have any question please do not hesitate to email us for more clarification on our policies.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thearteco.ca. If your return is accepted, we will send you an instructions how and where to send your package, and you need to cover the return shipping fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
